Uniform
We are proud
of the fact that our children look extremely smart at school
and hope that in choosing Hilmarton School for your child
you will feel able to fully support the implementation of
our uniform policy. Our uniform is practical and
comfortable and ensures that all children have equal access
to the identity of our school.
The school uniform is as follows:

Navy blue sweatshirt or fleece embroidered with the
school logo OR a navy blue cardigan/jumper

Sky blue polo shirt
Boys

Navy blue or dark grey trousers
-
Navy blue or dark grey short tailored trousers for
summer

Navy blue or dark grey socks
-
Flat navy blue or black shoes/sandals
Girls
-
Navy blue or dark grey skirt or pinafore dress

Navy blue or dark grey tailored trousers
-
Blue and white gingham/striped dress for summer
-
White socks
-
Flat navy blue or black shoes/sandals
Training shoes, leggings, sportswear or
“pedal pusher” style trousers are NOT school uniform and we
ask that they are not worn.
P.E. Kit
Children need to bring a change of clothes and footwear for
P.E. lessons.
They will need:

Black plimsolls (daps) for gymnastics/dance lessons

Trainers may be worn if preferred for outdoor games
-
Navy blue shorts
-
White t-shirt
-
Navy/dark tracksuit bottoms for wear in the winter
Class 2 or 3 go swimming to Calne throughout the year. A
one-piece swimming costume or trunks, towel and bag are
required for swimming lessons.
All clothing and equipment should be
clearly marked with your child’s name.
